Responsibilities
- Architect and implement responsive, high-performance web applications using modern frameworks
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to pixel-perfectly translate designs into interactive experiences
- Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility
- Mentor junior developers through code reviews and pair programming sessions
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and maintain robust testing protocols
- Lead technical planning sessions and contribute to architecture decisions

Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional web development experience with JavaScript/TypeScript
- Expertise in React, Node.js, and modern CSS frameworks (Tailwind, SASS)
- Proven track record building scalable RESTful APIs and microservices
- Strong understanding of web security best practices and performance optimization
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Portfolio demonstrating complex, user-centric web applications
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
