Responsibilities
- Architect & Develop: Design and implement scalable, robust web applications using modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Frontend Leadership: Spearhead the UI/UX implementation, ensuring pixel-perfect responsiveness and smooth animations across all devices.
- Backend Integration: Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices, integrating third-party services and databases seamlessly.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze application bottlenecks and implement strategies to improve load times, SEO ranking, and overall site performance.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code; conduct thorough code reviews for junior developers.
- Collaboration: Work closely with UX designers, project managers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentorship: Guide the junior development team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Technologies: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and modern CSS frameworks (Tailwind, Bootstrap).
- Frameworks: Strong experience with React or Node.js.
- Databases: Experience with SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
- Version Control: Advanced knowledge of Git and CI/CD pipelines.
- Problem Solving: Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and implement effective solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
