Responsibilities
- Architect & Build: Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable front-end and back-end web applications using modern technologies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with UX/UI designers and product managers to translate requirements into pixel-perfect, functional code.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor application performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations to ensure lightning-fast load times.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code; conduct thorough code reviews to ensure high standards.
- Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.

Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in web development with a strong portfolio.
- Core Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, Node.js, and HTML5/CSS3.
- Databases: Strong experience with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
