In this role, you will lead the technical design and implementation of our core web platforms, collaborating closely with product managers and designers to deliver seamless digital experiences.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-quality, scalable web applications using modern technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring a responsive and intuitive user interface.
- Debug and troubleshoot issues across various browsers and devices to ensure cross-browser compatibility.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to code reviews to maintain high team standards.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to post-launch support.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in web development with a strong portfolio of projects.
- Expert proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Strong experience with front-end frameworks such as React or Vue.js.
- Familiarity with backend technologies like Node.js or Python.
- Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and ORM tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in an Agile environment.
