Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and implement responsive, high-performance web applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and established coding standards.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with UX/UI designers and product managers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Optimization: Analyze and optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and seamless user experiences across devices.
- Testing & Debugging: Conduct thorough unit and integration testing to identify and resolve bugs before deployment.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to foster a culture of technical excellence.
- Integration: Integrate third-party APIs and ensure seamless data flow between systems.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in web development, with a strong portfolio of commercial projects.
- Frontend: Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and modern frameworks such as React.js or Vue.js.
- Backend: Strong understanding of server-side languages like Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Database: Experience with SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB).
