Responsibilities
- Design and implement responsive, high-performance web applications using modern frameworks (React, Vue.js, Angular)
- Optimize user experience through A/B testing and performance monitoring
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate mockups into pixel-perfect implementations
- Lead code reviews and establish best practices for version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines
- Develop RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services
- Mentor junior developers through pair programming and technical workshops
- Conduct cross-browser testing and ensure WCAG 2.1 compliance
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional web development experience with JavaScript/TypeScript
- Expertise in at least one modern frontend framework (React preferred)
- Proficiency in CSS preprocessors (Sass/Less) and responsive design principles
- Experience with Node.js and server-side rendering (Next.js/Nuxt.js)
- Strong understanding of web security protocols and performance optimization
- Portfolio demonstrating complex web applications with measurable impact
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
