Responsibilities
- Lead full-stack development of responsive web applications using React, Node.js, and MongoDB
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement pixel-perfect frontend experiences
- Optimize application performance and implement scalable architecture solutions
- Write clean, maintainable code following industry best practices and SOLID principles
- Mentor junior developers through code reviews and pair programming sessions

Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional web development experience
