Responsibilities
- Lead full-stack development of responsive web applications using React, Node.js, and AWS
- Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility
- Implement RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services (Stripe, Salesforce, etc.)
- Mentor junior developers through code reviews and architectural planning sessions
- Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and performance tuning across all browser environments
- Translate UI/UX designs into interactive, accessible web experiences
- Stay current with emerging web technologies and contribute to tech innovation roadmap
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional web development experience with JavaScript/TypeScript
- Expertise in React, Redux, and modern ES6+ development patterns
- Strong proficiency in Node.js, Express, and server-side JavaScript
- Experience with responsive design, CSS3/SASS, and frontend frameworks
- Familiarity with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda) and CI/CD pipelines
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and SEO best practices
- Collaborative problem-solving skills with agile methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
