Responsibilities
- Lead full-stack web development using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, Vue.js)
- Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and cross-device compatibility
- Implement responsive design principles and ensure WCAG 2.1 compliance
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to maintain quality standards

Qualifications
