Responsibilities
- Lead full-stack development of responsive web applications using React, Node.js, and modern JavaScript frameworks
- Optimize application performance and implement security best practices (OWASP compliance)
- Mentor junior developers through code reviews and pair programming sessions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver pixel-perfect implementations

Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional web development experience with React and Node.js
