Responsibilities
- Lead full-stack development of responsive web applications using React, Node.js, and AWS
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability using modern DevOps practices
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to pixel-perfectly implement design systems
- Implement robust security protocols and ensure WCAG 2.1 compliance
- Mentor junior developers through code reviews and technical workshops
- Architect RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services
- Continuously evaluate and implement emerging web technologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional web development experience with JavaScript/TypeScript
- Expert proficiency in React, Redux, and modern CSS frameworks (Tailwind, Styled Components)

- Proven track record of building scalable, production-ready web applications
