Responsibilities
- Lead full-stack development of responsive, high-performance web applications using React, Node.js, and modern frameworks
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement pixel-perfect interfaces that enhance user experience
- Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility
- Implement robust security protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards
- Mentor junior developers through code reviews and architectural guidance
- Integrate third-party APIs and maintain clean, well-documented codebases
- Participate in agile sprints and contribute to continuous improvement processes
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional web development experience with strong portfolio showcasing complex projects
- Expert proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles
- Proven experience with back-end technologies (Node.js, Express, REST APIs) and databases (MongoDB, PostgreSQL)
- Familiarity with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Experience with performance optimization and web accessibility standards (WCAG)
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent technical certification preferred
