The Role:
As a Senior Web Developer, you will be responsible for the full software development lifecycle, from conceptualization to deployment. You will mentor junior developers and collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to deliver pixel-perfect, high-performance web applications.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications using modern frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular).
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, following industry best practices and coding standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and other engineers, to define features and technical requirements.
- Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring responsive and accessible user experiences.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to maintain code quality.
- Identify and troubleshoot technical issues and bugs in production and staging environments.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in web development, with a strong focus on JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks such as React.js or Vue.js is required.
- Experience with backend technologies like Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and database management systems (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or MySQL).
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
