Responsibilities
- Architect and implement responsive, high-performance web applications using modern frameworks (React, Vue, Angular)
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate mockups into pixel-perfect, accessible interfaces
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability using advanced caching strategies and CDN implementation
- Lead code reviews and establish best practices for version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing
- Implement robust security measures and conduct thorough testing (unit, integration, E2E)
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional web development experience with a strong portfolio of production-level applications
- Expert proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and modern CSS methodologies (SCSS, Tailwind)
- Deep understanding of frontend performance optimization techniques and web accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Experience with backend technologies (Node.js, Express, Python/Django) and RESTful API design
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Strong problem-solving skills with experience in debugging complex distributed systems
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
