Responsibilities
- Lead full-stack development of scalable web applications using React, Node.js, and AWS
- Optimize front-end performance and implement responsive design patterns
- Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices within the team
- Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and maintain version control with Git
- Mentor junior developers through pair programming and knowledge sharing
- Analyze user behavior data to drive product improvements
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional web development experience with JavaScript frameworks
- Expertise in React, Redux, and modern ES6+ JavaScript
- Strong understanding of responsive design and CSS preprocessors (Sass/Less)
- Familiarity with server-side technologies (Node.js, Express)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and containerization
- Proficient in testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress) and TDD methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating complex web applications and performance optimization
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
