Responsibilities
- Design Excellence: Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes using industry-standard tools like Figma and Adobe XD.
- User Research: Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and competitive analysis to validate design decisions and uncover user needs.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and software engineers to define product requirements and translate them into intuitive designs.
- System Design: Develop and maintain a consistent design system and component library to ensure scalability across web and mobile platforms.
- Accessibility: Advocate for inclusive design principles and ensure all digital products comply with WCAG accessibility standards.
- Storytelling: Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders with confidence, securing buy-in for creative direction.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 4-6 years of professional UX/UI design experience in a product-based environment.
- Tools: Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite) and prototyping tools.
- Portfolio: A strong, up-to-date portfolio demonstrating a range of projects and a deep understanding of user-centered design.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Design, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced agile environment, and a passion for solving complex problems.
- Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end development principles is a plus.
