Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups in Figma and Adobe XD.
- Design intuitive and visually stunning user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure design feasibility.
- Iterate on designs based on feedback and data to optimize user engagement and conversion rates.
- Establish and maintain a consistent design system and brand guidelines.
Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and Photoshop.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design processes and case studies.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate design rationale to non-designers.
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript is a plus.
- Experience with design systems and component libraries.
