Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design projects from concept to launch, ensuring high-fidelity deliverables.
- Conduct extensive user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to translate business requirements into intuitive designs.
- Develop and maintain a consistent design system to ensure brand consistency.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, securing buy-in for creative decisions.
- Analyze product metrics and user feedback to iterate and improve existing features.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in UX/UI design.
- Proven track record of delivering user-centric products in a fast-paced environment.
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Strong understanding of information architecture, wireframing, and prototyping.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
