Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX research, wireframing, prototyping, and UI design for web and mobile applications.
- Create and maintain comprehensive design systems to ensure consistency across all products.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define product requirements and translate them into user-centric designs.
- Conduct user testing and usability analysis to validate design decisions and optimize user flows.
- Present design concepts and prototypes to leadership and gather constructive feedback for iteration.
- Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of design excellence within the team.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, preferably in the Fintech or SaaS industry.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping software.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a history of solving complex user problems with clean, modern design.
- Experience conducting user research, including interviews, usability testing, and surveys.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Understanding of web development technologies (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment with a high degree of autonomy.
