What You Will Do:
In this role, you will bridge the gap between technical requirements and user needs. You will lead the design process from concept to launch, ensuring our products are intuitive, engaging, and accessible to all users.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end UX/UI design process, from wireframing and prototyping to high-fidelity visual design.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to identify pain points and drive design decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product managers, developers, and stakeholders) to define product requirements.
- Create and maintain comprehensive design systems and style guides.
- Present design concepts and prototypes to clients and internal teams for feedback.
- Ensure all designs are responsive, accessible, and optimized for performance.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design.
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- A strong, diverse portfolio demonstrating problem-solving and visual design skills.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently in a flexible, remote setting.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive design principles.
