Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to uncover user needs and pain points.
- Create wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and user flows using Figma and Adobe XD.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and software engineers to ensure design feasibility and technical requirements are met.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive design system to ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints.
- Present design concepts and iterations to stakeholders with persuasive storytelling and visual evidence.
- Optimize existing user interfaces for maximum usability, accessibility, and performance.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, preferably in a remote or flexible work environment.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- A strong, professional portfolio demonstrating a range of projects and design thinking processes.
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction patterns, and accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a flexible schedule.
