Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end UX design process, from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping and handoff.
- Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and competitive analysis to uncover insights and inform design strategies.
- Create and maintain a comprehensive Design System to ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into intuitive designs.
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback to foster a collaborative team environment.
- Advocate for the user throughout the development lifecycle, ensuring accessibility and inclusivity standards are met.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment.
- A strong, portfolio showcasing a range of projects with a clear focus on user-centered design.
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD with the ability to create interactive prototypes.
- Deep understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
- Experience conducting user research and translating complex data into actionable design decisions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas to non-technical audiences.
