Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights and drive product decisions.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity interactive prototypes using Figma.
- Design and maintain a comprehensive design system to ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features and products.
- Present design concepts and iterations to stakeholders and gather constructive feedback.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UX trends, tools, and best practices.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design projects and case studies.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design rationale.
- Experience with HTML/CSS and basic front-end development is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
