Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive user research, including interviews, usability testing, and competitive analysis to uncover user needs and pain points.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity interactive prototypes using industry-standard tools like Figma and Adobe XD.
- Design and maintain a consistent, scalable design system to ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define product requirements and translate them into intuitive designs.
- Iterate rapidly on designs based on feedback and data-driven insights to optimize conversion rates and user satisfaction.
- Stay current with emerging UX trends, technologies, and best practices to keep our products at the forefront of innovation.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end project delivery.
- Proficiency in designing for responsive web and mobile applications using Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing, with the ability to synthesize findings into actionable design recommendations.
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design principles.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex design concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in an Agile/Scrum environment.
