Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to understand user behaviors and needs.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups in Figma and Adobe XD.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and software engineers to ensure design feasibility and implementation.
- Develop and maintain a cohesive design system that scales across web and mobile platforms.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and cross-functional teams effectively.
- Advocate for the user voice throughout the entire product development lifecycle.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a portfolio showcasing mobile and web projects.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and design thinking methodologies.
- Experience conducting user research and synthesizing data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex design concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
