Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Create design systems and component libraries ensuring brand consistency across digital platforms
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to implement pixel-perfect designs
- Analyze user behavior data to iterate on design solutions and drive business metrics
- Mentor junior designers through design critiques and knowledge sharing sessions
- Present design solutions to stakeholders with clear rationale and user-centered insights
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with portfolio showcasing complex B2B SaaS products
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools like Principle or ProtoPie
- Strong background in user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, usability testing)
- Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and inclusive design principles
- Knowledge of front-end development (HTML/CSS/JS) for effective developer collaboration
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into intuitive user experiences
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design decisions
