Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive user research, including interviews, usability testing, and competitive analysis, to uncover user needs and pain points.
- Create wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and interactive mockups using industry-standard tools like Figma and Sketch.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define product requirements and translate them into compelling user interfaces.
- Develop and maintain a consistent design system that scales across multiple platforms and products.
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Advocate for the user throughout the development lifecycle, ensuring accessibility and inclusivity are prioritized.
- Present design concepts and rationale to cross-functional teams with confidence and clarity.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience (5+ years) as a UX/UI Designer or in a similar role.
- A strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end UX projects, including research, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles and information architecture.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex design decisions to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
