Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including research, wireframing, prototyping, and user testing
- Develop design systems and component libraries to ensure consistency across platforms
- Conduct user research and usability studies to identify pain points and opportunities
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver pixel-perfect implementations
- Create compelling visual designs with a focus on accessibility and responsive layouts
- Mentor junior designers and promote design best practices across the organization
- Analyze user behavior data to inform design decisions and continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with a portfolio showcasing complex digital products
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Expertise in user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, usability testing)
- Strong understanding of interaction design principles, information architecture, and design systems
- Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and inclusive design practices
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into elegant user experiences
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design rationale
- BS/MS in HCI, Design, or related field preferred
