Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes from research to final implementation
- Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and journey mapping
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma
- Develop design systems and component libraries for scalability
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and executive leadership
- Mentor junior designers through portfolio reviews and skill development
- Analyze user data to drive design optimization decisions
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with SaaS product portfolios
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong background in user research methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating complex problem-solving and visual design skills
- Experience working with agile development teams
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
- Certification in UX Research or Interaction Design preferred
