Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including research, wireframing, prototyping, and user testing for enterprise SaaS platforms
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define innovative solutions that align with business goals
- Develop and maintain design systems ensuring consistency across 15+ digital products
- Conduct user research sessions (interviews, surveys, usability tests) to derive actionable insights
- Create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes using Figma and Adobe XD
- Present design strategies to executive stakeholders with compelling data-driven justifications
- Mentor junior designers through design critiques and portfolio reviews
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of professional UX design experience with enterprise software
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex problem-solving and business impact
- Proficiency in user research methodologies (card sorting, journey mapping)
- Experience implementing design systems at scale
- Ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive user experiences
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design rationale
