What You'll Do:
- Drive the end-to-end UX design process from research to high-fidelity prototyping.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineering teams to ensure design feasibility.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions.
- Maintain and evolve our internal design system for consistency.
Responsibilities
- Research & Strategy: Conduct user interviews, surveys, and competitive analysis to understand user needs and business goals.
- Design & Prototyping: Create wireframes, user flows, sitemaps, and high-fidelity interactive prototypes using Figma.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers to define product requirements and with engineers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation.
- Testing & Iteration: Run usability tests and analyze feedback to continuously refine and improve the user interface.
- Visual Design: Apply visual design principles to ensure products are not only functional but also aesthetically pleasing.
- Documentation: Create clear design specifications and handoff documents for the development team.
Qualifications
- Experience: 4+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end projects and a clear design process.
- Tools: Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Technical Skills: Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and front-end development.
