Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, persona development, and journey mapping for enterprise SaaS platforms
- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and design systems using Figma and Adobe XD
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement user-centered solutions
- Lead usability testing sessions and iterate based on quantitative/qualitative feedback
- Mentor junior designers and establish design best practices across the organization
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and advocate for user needs
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with portfolio showcasing complex B2B products
- Expertise in user research methodologies and information architecture
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and responsive design
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
- Ability to translate business requirements into user-centered solutions
- Portfolio demonstrating problem-solving approach and design rationale
