Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define design requirements and deliverables
- Create and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency across multiple digital products
- Conduct user interviews and data analysis to uncover insights and validate design decisions
- Present design solutions to executive stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to our design community best practices
- Stay current with emerging design trends and technologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with a portfolio showcasing complex B2B SaaS products
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Experience conducting user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing
- Excellent visual design skills with attention to typography, color, and layout
- Ability to translate business requirements into intuitive user experiences
- Strong collaboration skills and experience working in agile environments
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
