Responsibilities
- Lead UX/UI design for responsive web and mobile applications using Figma and Adobe XD
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and create journey maps to identify pain points
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and design systems ensuring consistency across products
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver pixel-perfect implementations
- Analyze user behavior data to iterate designs and improve conversion metrics
- Mentor junior designers and champion design thinking across the organization
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX/UI design experience with portfolio showcasing B2B SaaS projects
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong background in user research methodologies and data analysis
- Proven ability to create design systems and maintain component libraries
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with remote teams
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
