Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and validate design decisions.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity interactive prototypes using industry-standard tools like Figma and Adobe XD.
- Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that align with brand guidelines and accessibility standards.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and project timelines.
- Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency across all platforms and products.
- Present design concepts and justify design choices to internal teams and executive leadership.
Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, preferably in a remote or distributed team environment.
- A strong, up-to-date portfolio demonstrating a range of projects and a deep understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Proficiency in designing for web and mobile applications with a solid grasp of responsive design.
- Experience with prototyping tools and design systems.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex design concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Self-motivated and capable of managing time effectively in a remote work setting.
