Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and define requirements.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma to communicate design concepts effectively.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with business goals.
- Maintain and evolve our internal design system to ensure consistency across all platforms.
- Present design concepts and rationale to the internal team and external stakeholders clearly and persuasively.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and best practices in the industry.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, preferably in a client-facing agency or tech environment.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a full design process, from research to delivery.
- Expert proficiency in Figma and design prototyping tools.
- Experience with front-end development (HTML/CSS/JS) is a plus.
- Deep understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
