You will lead design initiatives from concept to launch, mentoring junior designers and influencing product strategy.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end UX design process, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
- Create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes using industry-standard tools like Figma and Sketch.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define product requirements and translate them into elegant design solutions.
- Conduct user interviews and analyze behavioral data to validate design decisions and drive iterative improvements.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive design system that ensures consistency and scalability across all platforms.
- Present design concepts and rationale to executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, preferably within a SaaS or FinTech environment.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a track record of solving complex design problems.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools (e.g., Principle, ProtoPie).
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Understanding of HTML/CSS and basic JavaScript principles is a plus.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
