Responsibilities
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather actionable insights.
- Design wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes using industry-standard tools.
- Partner with product managers to define product requirements and roadmap features.
- Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback to the design team.
- Iterate on designs based on A/B testing results and user feedback loops.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a focus on web and mobile applications.
- A strong, online portfolio demonstrating a full design process and case studies.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas to non-designers.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment is highly preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
