Responsibilities
- Conduct User Research: Plan and execute user interviews, usability testing, and competitive analysis to uncover insights that drive design decisions.
- Design & Prototyping: Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes in Figma to visualize the user experience.
- Collaborate: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into intuitive and functional designs.
- Design Systems: Contribute to and maintain our design system to ensure consistency and scalability across all digital touchpoints.
- Advocacy: Champion the user voice in every meeting and present your design rationale to the wider team.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design.
- Tools: Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Portfolio: A strong, up-to-date portfolio demonstrating a deep understanding of user-centered design principles and a clean aesthetic.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex design concepts to non-technical audiences.
