In this role, you will lead the end-to-end design process, from initial research to high-fidelity prototypes, ensuring our products are intuitive, accessible, and visually stunning.
Responsibilities
- Conduct extensive user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to uncover user needs and pain points.
- Design wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity interactive prototypes using industry-standard tools like Figma and Adobe XD.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into clear design specifications.
- Maintain and evolve our comprehensive design system to ensure consistency and scalability across all platforms.
- Advocate for the user voice throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring compliance with WCAG accessibility standards.
- Present design concepts and rationale to cross-functional teams to secure buy-in and drive project momentum.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a strong, portfolio showcasing diverse project work.
- Proficiency in designing for both web and mobile environments (iOS and Android).
- Expert command of design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Deep understanding of information architecture, visual hierarchy, and interaction design principles.
- Experience conducting user research and analyzing data to drive data-informed design decisions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
