Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to uncover insights and inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, low-fidelity prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups in Figma, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into intuitive user journeys.
- Design and maintain a comprehensive design system to ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints.
- Present design concepts and rationale to internal teams, advocating for the end-user's perspective.
- Conduct A/B testing and analyze performance metrics to iterate and optimize designs continuously.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing mobile and web applications.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing methodologies.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript is a plus.
