Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to understand user needs and pain points.
- Design wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and interactive mockups using industry-standard tools like Figma and Adobe XD.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into seamless user experiences.
- Create and maintain a consistent design system to ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
- Present design concepts and rationale to internal teams and stakeholders with confidence and clarity.
- Stay updated on the latest UX trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve our product offerings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a related field.
- 3-5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design.
- Proven portfolio showcasing end-to-end design projects and case studies.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions.
