You will be responsible for crafting intuitive user journeys and ensuring our digital products meet the highest standards of usability and accessibility.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma.
- Design and maintain a comprehensive design system to ensure consistency across all platforms.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define requirements and deliver features.
- Present design concepts and rationale to the wider team, advocating for the end-user.
- Analyze data and user feedback to iterate and improve existing products.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UX trends, tools, and best practices.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating mobile and web projects.
- Expert proficiency in Figma and knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing sessions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on pixel-perfect execution.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
