Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes, from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping and UI design.
- Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and competitive analysis to validate design decisions and drive product evolution.
- Create and maintain comprehensive design systems and component libraries to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
- Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams to translate business requirements into elegant user interfaces.
- Present design concepts and justify creative decisions to stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Optimize user flows to reduce friction and increase conversion rates.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a portfolio demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and InVision.
- Strong understanding of information architecture, wireframing, and prototyping principles.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and basic front-end development concepts.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex design rationale to non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
