What You'll Achieve: Lead end-to-end UX design for enterprise clients, conduct user research, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver intuitive, impactful digital products. You'll mentor junior designers and set design standards that drive measurable business results.
Responsibilities
- Lead user research, persona development, and journey mapping for enterprise clients
- Create high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and design systems using Figma and Adobe XD
- Conduct usability testing and iterate based on user feedback and analytics
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure seamless implementation
- Develop design documentation and style guides for complex digital platforms
- Mentor junior designers and establish UX best practices
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and executive leadership
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with portfolio showcasing enterprise-level work
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and prototyping tools
- Expertise in user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, usability testing)
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field
- Strong understanding of design systems and component libraries
- Experience with Agile/Scrum development processes
- Ability to translate business goals into compelling user experiences
- Excellent presentation and stakeholder communication skills
