Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end user research, wireframing, and high-fidelity prototyping using Figma.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to define product requirements.
- Create user personas, journey maps, and information architectures.
- Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on data and feedback.
- Mentor junior designers and establish design system standards.
- Ensure all designs are responsive, accessible, and compliant with WCAG guidelines.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Experience with HTML/CSS and front-end basics is a plus.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and design thinking.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex ideas clearly.
