In this role, you will lead the end-to-end user experience design process, from initial user research to high-fidelity prototyping. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver products that not only meet business goals but also delight users. Responsibilities
- Lead the design process for complex product features, from concept to launch.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and stakeholder interviews to inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity interactive prototypes using Figma.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive design system to ensure consistency across all platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate user needs into technical requirements.
- Advocate for the user voice throughout the development lifecycle.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a focus on web and mobile applications.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a full range of design skills, including research, wireframing, and prototyping.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and Photoshop.
- Experience working with agile development methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex design concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
