Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights and define user personas.
- Create wireframes, low-fidelity mockups, and high-fidelity interactive prototypes using Figma.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business needs into design solutions.
- Maintain and evolve our existing design system to ensure consistency across all platforms.
- Present design concepts and defend design decisions to the wider team.
- Optimize user journeys to increase engagement and conversion rates.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, preferably in the SaaS or FinTech industry.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a full design process from research to delivery.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design rationale.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and basic front-end development is a plus.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with flexible scheduling.
