Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, persona development, and journey mapping
- Create high-fidelity prototypes and interactive wireframes using Figma and Adobe XD
- Conduct usability testing and synthesize insights to drive iterative improvements
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure design feasibility and implementation
- Develop design systems and maintain component libraries for consistency across products
- Present design rationale to stakeholders and advocate for user-centered solutions
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to design team best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with a portfolio showcasing mobile and web projects
- Proficiency in design tools: Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping software
- Strong understanding of UX principles, information architecture, and interaction design
- Experience conducting user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into intuitive user experiences
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions
- Portfolio demonstrating successful design iterations and measurable impact
- Experience working in agile development environments
