In this position, you will bridge the gap between user needs and business goals, working closely with product managers and engineers to deliver intuitive, accessible, and aesthetically pleasing products.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights and define user requirements.
- Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma and Adobe XD.
- Design intuitive user interfaces (UI) and seamless user experiences (UX) for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product managers, engineers, and stakeholders) to define project requirements and ensure design consistency.
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback, data analysis, and testing results to continuously improve product performance.
- Maintain and expand our internal design system to ensure scalability and brand consistency.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, preferably in a SaaS or tech environment.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a solid understanding of user-centered design principles and a process.
- Experience conducting user research and translating qualitative data into actionable design decisions.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex design concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
